I was led to believe I was ordering a one time trial sample of facial cream. I thought I was being billed for $4.99. Within a couple of weeks another bottle of the same cream arrived. I just received a totally different product from them today. I just realized, that instead of $4.99 they billed my account for $83.00 and change for my original sample. I am a senior citizen and cannot afford this expense, and I'm have no success contacting them to get my money back and to have them stop any additional shippings!

La creme skin care DO NOT ORDER! It is advertised with Bella Labs and get a jar of La Creme and a bottle of Bella Lab cream. They advertise together and claim you need to use both to get maximum results. The ad is you get the product free for 14 days but you place only one Total scam! San Diego California

Bella Labs I was of the understanding that I was ordering a FREE TRIAL SAMPLE I read through the website and found no mention of any return policy or need to cancel. I did not see any reference to the fact that more would be shipped and billed. I have been billed $87.93 twice! I have NOT received and more product. I did call and their agent tried to sell me more or at very least keep what I had and pay charge!!!! I have been through this before just recently and now know I will go directly to my back to dispute charges and they will take the appropriate action. Del Mar Nationwide
