Doug Diamond - employee #NS-205 said he worked for Beneficial Client Care - a company that was supposed to be helping people get credit cards for a fee of $247 which they took out of my bank account.
I got nothing but ripped off of $247. Every time I call the number he gave me I get a recording saying the voicemail box for customer service is full. I bet it is!
I got hold of an individual over a month ago and they promised to resend my card - said my package had gotten lost. Still have not received anything and can't talk to a person or leave a message.
I didn't have the $247 to spare and could sure use it now.
I've been scammed! Where do I go from here? I don't have a physical address to report.
