Berkeley Nutraceuticals billing practices not disclosed on phone Cincinnati Ohio

AFTER they ripped $140 out of my checking account thru mt debit card for product that did not work and I did not wish to reorder, the customer dis-service people refused any refund and told me I should fax my bank statement to them,

Then next day thet saud that I was not going to get a refund. We shall see - today I sent my complanit to the Ohio Attorney General and to the Cincinnati BBB. These scum bags really stink!! good to be able to vent Thanks

Maybe I will call my local News department consumer watch
