I ordered Suveril from them, thinking that I had ordered a one-time order. When the next shipment was received, I called to return it. The package is not opened, nothing had been disturbed. The have refused to accept it and refused to refund my money. I an not trying to get something for nothing - I will pay for the return postage but they still refuse to refund.
