After seeing an advertisment on the television about a free 30 day sample product for women called avlimil, I placed the order and was told that I would have to pay 9.99 to cover shipping charges. not only did they take the 9.99 from my check card dated 7/2/04 they took additional $79.99 on 7/30/04 according to my bank statement I received Wednesday. Their was no mention to me of additional cost nor did I give anyone Authorization to draft the money from my account.
I have made numerous attempts to contact the company at the numbers I was given. I was told that I would need to contact Eight Squared Inc @1866-816-0099. When I called that number I was directed to their website www.askberkley.com I have only being given the run around and I feel I was ripped off because the company is fraudulent and I want my money back. Thank God I didn't take the sample pills they sent me because if they steal your money whose to say the product is not harmful to your health.

This is very silly of a way to cancel a Product.
The phone is even more so. All I want to do is
cancel. You shouldn't have to go though all this
just to get a sample. Do Not charge my account.

've tried to call the number given many times and never got an answer. My doctor said it wasn~t a good idea to take this product with the medicine I am taking. I want cancel my order. What am I suppose to do now?o

ordered suvaril on 8/4/04. i was asured that i would receive my simple product within 7 days. dinot receive any sample product. tried 3 days a total of 1 hour per day. finally i called my credit card company to cancel any correspondce withthis company. they cancelled to amount for the shipping. sincerely mrs. jefferson
