On June 30, 2010 I ordered a monthly preschool program. The website sounded great, I ordered for six children. I own a small inhome daycare and wanted to incorporate the program into my day. I paid over 70 dollars for a one month program. Wondering through the month of July when my program would be here, finally on the 30 of July I sent Ms. Berry an e-mail which was returned stating her inbox was full. I tried calling, answering maching no return call...Over the next several days, I continually sent e-mails and left messages on the phone. Never got a call back. My money was never refunded I never recieved the product. I am so dissappointed in the business practies of Jaqueline Berry, we are working to teach children honesty and integrety and she is modeling just the opposite behavior... Consumer Beware!!!!

The issues that I have had with Berry Best preschool Program have been resolved. Please disregard this report. I would remove this if it were possible but it is not. So she has resolved all issues, the program that I did recieve was a wonderful program and have ordered since.

On August 4th I ws finally able to chat with Jaqueline Berry, she explained her circumstances and we came to an agreement. We will try again to do business together she not only sent me the month of August but she will be sending me the month of September, and if that goes well, I will be using Berry Best Preschool Program i n the future.....
