Best Buy geak squad sucks for computers or repairs Seattle Washington

Hello i'm rightly mad my new computer need a new keyboard. It was sent out from there store. Got the computer back from them 2n1/2 week later. when i picked it up they told they was trying to get a hold of me for days. nobody called me no nothing i called them twice. They never did the whole job yes they replaced the keyboard didn't clean under the speaker cover. Now i got now faceplate switch for my wireless card. The switch was there when it went in. my computer was about 2 weeks old. i bought the computer with the extended warinties when i showed them the proplems they said it would take 3weeks to get back when all i wanted was the switch plate n 2 seconds to put the part in. oh they could not order the part against the rules they said. they told me to call the company i did no relief help.
