Best buy Con artists West hollywood California

My daughter began having trouble with her Samsung television. The geek squad came out and determined the television could not be fixed and since she had an extended warranty it would be replaced. After taking the 50 inch television in to the west Hollywood store we were told that since she didn't have the stand for the television they would not take it back...and the manager said that was final due to the fact that they would not be able to junk the television without the stand. This store does not believe in customer service. Don't they realize it's the customer who pays their salary. I will never set foot in another best buy store for any reason. The manager was extremely rude. If you have any dealing with these people go during the day because the evening manager acted as if she owned the place.
