I ordered head stock decals on December 30th and a couple weeks later, I wrote an e-mail to check the status of my order, they didn't reply. Gave them another week and tried another e-mail and submitted a request for status directly on their web page, no answer. I'm going to file a complaint against them with the BBB as well as this rip off report.
