BEST-DECALS.COM DomainsByProxy.com Got one rude response back checking on order...now refuses to respond to email. Internet

I took a chance on ordering a 'legal' decal to be printed from BEST-DECALS.COM and while shopping noticed they sell several 'exact replicas' of name brand guitar logo's, stickers and such under the guise of customers re-making their guitars back to factory standard.

I ordered a self made decal for my own guitar that I did research on to make sure its not being used anywhere for guitars etc first. A simple 4 letter name to create my own line of guitars.

After 2 or 3 days I shot them an email asking how or what the protocal was with BEST-DECALS.COM so I would know when they shipped my decal. I received a rude email response saying, "Its only been two days since your ordered it..."

I kindly responded and told them Im glad they are busy its a good thing for the company, but my real wonder was if I would get an email when item had shipped out to me.

I then received an email the next day (hand typed, not any kind of order form) response that said it was in 'PRODUCTION CUE'... Okay, so I waited 13 days and sent and email to their ONLINE message system along with my order number asking how it was coming along. No response.

Next day, another email using the online submission system, noting to myself they have NO PHONE, NO ADDRESS or NAMES listed on the website. This put up a red Flag to me... Two more days go by...Still NO RESPONSE.

I decided to do a WHOIS search to find out who 'OWNS' the website and another RED FLAG came up...They are hiding behind a company called DomainsByProxy.com ran by Google.

A quick look around the internet and I notice a couple of people upset at DomainsByProxy.com, as well as court cases pending, and one customer  stating online "Only Thieves use DomainsByProxy.com", I guess to make it hard to get in touch or sue them.

Im writing this report, and plan on contacting the BBB as well as the local DA's office in the area of DomainsByProxy.com 15111 N. Hayden Rd., Ste 160, PMB 353 Scottsdale, Arizona 85260 United States

Very upset, its not the amount of money, its the TOTAL RIP OFF of being ignored. Now these people have my credit card info I placed my order with...very upset about this...
