Best Price Photo.com Very Suspicious Internet

I became suspicious of this company as soon as I placed the order online. They do not send an instant reply via email as all other above board companies do, that the order has been received.

The next day I called and a very rude customer service person answered the phone and told me it takes up to 48 hours to process orders, then they send an email.
He proceeded to try to sell me a battery for the camera and i told him i had one for it already. And he got snotty about the fact that i did not want to order anything else he had to offer.

The conversation ended abruptly and i got an even worse feeling about the business.

The following day, i finally looked them up on this rip off report site and saw all kinds of bad news as well as on other websites where you can file complaints.
I called my credit card company immediately to see if they had charged my card yet, and they had not, so i was one of the lucky ones. I canceled that card right then, so that they couldn't .

The Better Business Bureau needs to put them out of business.
