I have purchased replica Rolex watches before from other companies with very good success such as the Ladies Rolex for my wife from Ideal Watch company which was looked at under the microscope of a master watchmaker, said it was excellent. With that said, I purchased a Rolex Submarnier from BestSwiss because it was three hundred dollars less. BOY WHAT A MISTAKE. 

Let me explain. First, the watch I did get after three months still looks great runs great. Unfortunately it is NOT the one I ordered. It took 6 weeks to get the watch, when I called and also sent emails after finally getting it. I heard half a dozen excuses three of which contradicted each other. Including the one that said I was receiving the 2010 model, then when the band did not match the 2010 I was told by Tom Gardocki the Sales Manager that it takes 2 years to copy a watch!

I informed him that the inner bezel did not match the 2010 he ignored that and informed me that since I had the watch for 5 days and unwrapped it, I own it. 

You should also know, while it is a minor thing. the "Rolex box it comes in has a stick on Rolex label rather than the real thing which is embossed. The luminosity of the dial at night is really sick very poor not at all like described on their really slick website. The dot on the bezel is set in silver not gold like a real gold or gold and stainless Rolex watch. 

The watch does seem to work OK, only time will tell, when I get to my jeweler who is quiet a distance away, It iwll be opened up and the movement will be compared to the ETA movement they claim is in the watch. 

One other note, I have read all of the complaints about Ideal Watch Company, as I said we have had excellent results with my wife's watch which she wears all the time. Makes me think, whenever you deal with one of these companies, you are basically dealing in fraud, no matter how expensive the watch is or how cheap it is. Your experience with the company most likely depends on where the moon and stars are on any one day and if they woke up in a good mood or a mood to screw the next person in line. 

If I had to buy another watch I would run as fast as I can from BestSwiss. They lie on the phone and may not send you back a watch at all if you send it to them for any reason. On the other hand I have had excellent service from Ideal. Would I have that experience with them again?????????
