I checked my e-mail on Feb 27/08 and recieved a confirmation for services rendered for this Betamax company through my Paypal account. I contacted Paypal and started an investigation. Two concerns that I have are:1) How the heck did they get my paypal info when I am paranoid about having any info even on my computer that can be used for identity theft. And 2) PAYPAL ADVERTISES THEY ARE LEADING THE MARKET IN SECURING YOU'RE/MY PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!! THT THE USE A 256-BIT ENCRYPTION AND THAT BIG BUISNESSES ARE USING PAYPAL AS A SECURED WAY OF ONLINE COMMERECE!! I don't just blame the company for ripping me off, I blame the paypal security team for letting this happen. Oh, and by the way Paypal told me that it would take up to 30 buisness days for the investigation to resolve when it took me ONE google for the companys name and I found Ripoffreport.com explaining more experiences happening to other people. What a break down. I went and froze my bank account and cancelled my credit card I'm not going to do buisness with paypal again, I guess I'll do it the old fashioned way and transact directly with my bank. Thanks for listening and I hope that this company gets what it deserves!!!!

Just to add, my bank just gave me a 50.75 service fee for nsf when I withdraw my money this morning because paypal tried to take money out of my account AFTER I FILED FOR AN INVESTIGATION!!!! THIS IS B.S. AND i WANT JUSTICE!!!!!
