As a former employee of the BBB of Southern Nevada  I have witnessed the unjust & unfair treatment by BBB towards Customers complaining agaist a BBB members 

It is better to take your complaints towards A government agency that will bebneutral as the  BBB allies and covers up for their members

The BBB is a joke.  They are a "for profit" organization that accepts money from companies. I have had many business owners tell me you can "buy" a good rating with them.  They have no power to resolve anything and I don't know why they are even around anymore. They are a relic of the past.

Nobilis Group and Dent Guard are two companies that partner with one another both companies knowingly charged me for two of the same contract agreements. This company charged me $1299 and $629 for absolutely nothing. They failed to act on repairs. I have pictures that show they violated my agreement. I believe this company has been doing this to consumers for years. On top of their negligence they think they did me a service after all those years. I lost $1299 from the contract which they say they charged me for. Not to mention the damages I had to have repaired out of pocket. These two companies should not be in service because as the reviews have stated on Better Business Bureau by other consumers they have failed time and agian to repair dents to vehicles. Irving TX

Coinme Coinme are ripoffs. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I brought Bitcoins from their Kiosk and when I asked to cancel the transaction and get my refund it took 14 days for them to reply to my emails. NATIONAL MEDICAL ADMINISTRATORS, INC. June 27, 2021 Segalit K. Siegel 1626 Thayer Avenue Los Angeles, CA 90024-6009 To Whom It May Concern, I received two (2) statements that were dated as of June 18, 2021 from your company, National Medical Administrations, Inc., which I have never heard of before and have never had any business transactions before as well, was served a Creditor's Warning letter, when I did not receive a single or follow-up statement/s to begin with. The first letter dated June 18th, claimed that TRS LIMITED-LIFE CBD, is a company that I have never heard of before and therefore had no business transactions whatsoever, claimed that I owed $119.97. The Creditor Acct # is 1488579. My Reference # is 1518354. Interestingly enough, I received a Second Debt Collector's letter without receiving any prior statements from National Medical Administrators. The reference # is 1515224 from Creditor TRS Limited-Cogni Lift, the Account # is 1488579 for the amount of $159.97, which approximately totals to $280.00 without the cost of tax plus shipping and handling. I will be reporting your company to the Better Business Bureau, the California Labor Board and the California Bar Association. I have done research on your company and you are a fraudulent outfit located in West Los Angeles and not in Norcross, GA. I may be 60 years old but I have an advanced degree as does my husband and you have caused me unnecessary duress and I am thinking of taking you to the Small Claims Court for Harassment. I am a Law Clerk, do my due diligence before making a complaint and this will be the second time that this office would not do its mandate. I have all correspondence pertaining to this and both times I have been refused with all necessary documentation that they refuse to even look at. I contacted our local City Commerce to have to protect locally as a result but this office is acting not in the best interest of all concerned and is the most unprofessional in its handling and correspondence regarding said matters.
