February 24, 2016 sent an order and a check for $194.93 for a roll away treadmill. Check was cashed March 1, 2016 but by April 4 had not received treadmill. Called and was told the item was to come from another company but did not get the name of that company. It would arrive by end of April.
Tried calling several times but phone went busy. Could not contact any one by email either. May 10 wrote a letter to their Paoli, PA address but have heard nothing.
Filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Attorney General but have heard nothing from their either. Sent it to their Bureau of Consumer Protection on June 1, 2016.
This item was to help with exercise to help control my diabetes so don't know where to turn.
