Betty Lomax DOB 9/26/46 is a bad person guilty of elder abuse of a 95 year old lady who resides at the above-mentioned address. The elderly lady Betty Lomax takes care of has one child, a son. Betty and her accomplice, William Thomas 9/01/51, are willfully and intentionally isolating this elderly lady from her only family, her son and daughter in law. The son is the rightful heir of the estate.
Betty and William blocked the only child from moving in with his mother. His mother repeatedly requested her son and daughter in law move back in the house with her.
They block phone calls, have a false protection order issued against the only son, that the elderly mother is not aware of, and this couple was involved with an elder scam which stole money and personal belongings from this elderly lady.
This elderly lady's attorney, Mr Thomas Haney, coordinated with these people to change the will, drain her bank accounts, steal the only childs belongings from the house, and now when the only child and his wife were preparing to move back in the home with the elderly parent, they have lied to the police to keep this lady's only family away. Mr. Haney was fired from being the elderly lady's attorney by the Maricopa County Probate Court for hiding financial information.
William Thomas and Betty Lomax are bad people who have no income, were evicted from their Las Vegas apartment, filed for bankruptcy but couldn't pay their attorney, and have no car.
The son is being victimized by Betty Lomax and her "pimp" boyfriend William Thomas.
These people are being watched, and if they don't vacate the premises at 1326 E.Jefferson St will be dealt with. No caregiver has authority to take over an elderly lady's home. The son of the elderly person has authority to fire a caregiver, and if the elderly person wants her son to live there, the caregiver has no say.
Manipulating an elderly woman, and keeping her only child away by lying to the authorities is fraud. Betty Lomax and William Thomas should not be hired for any kind of job, and are dangerous to any elderly persons livelihood.
Betty Lomax and William Thomas have crossed the wrong person.The house they are in now IS NOT theirs, and the son has complete authority over them as his elderly mother has given him that authority. Family first.

Yes this report full of lies was written about me. I am employed by Mrs. Winstona Aldridge and the agent of her Trust as her full time caregiver. Mrs. & Mrs. Dickie's true identities are Aubrey ****. and his girlfriend Bobbie ****. **** is the son of Mrs. Winstona Aldridge who is 95 years old. My husband and I moved to Phoenix in 2009 after a phone call from Mrs. Winstona. She told my husband, William Thomas, that her son was abusing her and stealing her money from her.
She said that **** actually put his hands on her and shook her by her shoulder. She said he picked up a pot and was going to hit her with it. My husband heard him call her bad names on the telephone. Mrs. Winstona is an old friend of William Thomas and after hearing of the abuse of his old friend, took the next flight to Phoenix. Shortly after my husband came to Phoenix, I also moved there to help take care of Mrs. Winstona.
I am an excellent caregiver for this lady. **** and his girlfriend are to inherit Mrs. Winstona's home someday. The problem is they are greedy and want it now. They have written threatening letters to William and I. They have done everything that they can think of to get us to move out of the house so they can come back and abuse Mrs. Winstona again. I have filed charges against Aubrey ****. for assaulting me the last time he was in his mother's home. He put brusies on both of my arms and also prevented me from calling 911. I now have an injunction against harassment so that he can not come to the house anymore.
He is very angry about this. As for my creditability...I will put my background check against his any day. I have never even had a traffic ticket. Anyone who knows me knows that everything in his report is not true. He is only trying to make me angry enough to move out and leave his Mom without anyone to take care of her. I am not leaving. I tried to be nice to them and this is the thanks I get. So I will say to you Aubrey **** I am not going anywhere and I am going to make sure that Mrs. Winstona celebrates her 100th birthday and that she remains in good health.
