( SCAM ) BEWARE OF CandCNC.com ( SCAM )
We ordered nearly $2,000 worth of electonics as a build to our CNC Plasma table project.
After waiting patiently for nearly a month, NOTHING CAME.
We contacted the company (also named Four Hills Designs) and spoke with someone named Tom Caudle. He assured us that they would ship it. A week later we called and checked the status, speaking to the same character, and they claimed that the order was never there.
I contacted by credit card company to verify that they did receive the payment. Quess what? They DID get paid.
When I called back to speak to someone again at CandCNC.com, I was told not to call back. And I was told "We don't need your business"
I immediately filed a claim with my credit card company, and was reimbursed.
Please beware of this company's practices. I can't imagine how many others may have the same experience with them, and couldn't get their money back.

I have not received the information to investigate this matter so I have to assume that it is not a valid complaint. I am still willing to look into it bit without identifying info I can not. If the information for validation cannot be provided you website should indicate that this report is not valid.

I would be happy to look at this case again. We ship over 1250 units per year and have 5 major OEM that resale our product. If I had more information I could investigate the issue furthur.
