There was a homeless drug addict in the hallway. We were leaving our apartment and saw some guy just standing there and noticed he had a needle dangling from him arm. The guy looked surprised and just walked off and left the needle there.

It was gross and I wasn't about to touch it but my roommate picked it up with some napkins and threw it away because we were afraid our dog or kid was going to step on it. This is common in this area of town. You see drug addicts all the time walking up and down the service road and going into the brush and areas near the apartments. Not luxury at all, cheaply made, I can hear upstairs neighbors wash clothes on top of seeing drug addicts in halls of this so-called luxury apartment , the office staff doesn't seem to care about any of it and just pretends like it doesnt happen.

No one wants to pay rent to live around a bunch of dangerous homeless people who are likely on drugs and out of their minds. The gates here at Bexley 3five are a joke, they dont even have a perimeter fence, so anyone can just walk right in. They just have the gates for cars as a selling point of a "limited access" gate to give the illusion of safety. Even then 3 or 4 cars can go in before gate even starts to close.  Avoid this place, its dirty, and the office staff dont really care and appear more concerned with how to make more money off residents.
