Been in business for 18 years

AUTHOR: Marc - (United States)

POSTED: Saturday, December 01, 2018

We have been in business for 18 years and could not have lasted this long by ripping people off.  We are a small business and try to pay close attention to our customers needs and the owner can be reached anytime. We have 1000's of happy customer, many we know by name.

We sell many clothing items and one of our lines is printed tee shirts.  They are semi-custom prints meaning that we custom make the shirt to the size and shirt color of the customers choice.  When a customer purchases an unusally large number of shirts we feel that it is in all of our best interest to make sure they are happy with the cut of the shirt. We do have restocking fees on these shirts because they are made to order.

What happended in this case was that we sent the customer one shirt for try-on and asked him to let us know when he received it and we would send the balance. (We did try contacting hom first but to no avail) We thought we were doing a good thing as we have done this for others and were thanked for it.  This customer was very upset.  We apologized for it and tried to explain the situation but he would not listen. The strange thing was that he was happy with the shirt so we sent the balance of his order out right away. Not because he threatened to sue us but becuase it fit him.  Why sue someone when you can just go to your credit card company and tell them you never got your merchandise.  Seems like an easier plan than an expensive lawsuit.

As it stands the customer got everthing he paid for and was happy with it so were not sure how he was ripped off.

Anyway we try to do what's best for our customers but like any business we can't always make everyone happy. We do try hard though!
