Big Daddy Auto Sales He sold me a vehicle that blew up and promised he would get me another and it's been over 2 months and all he does is ignore me. Uniontown Pennsylvania

 Hello. I just needed to tell you about my experience and hope that you can help me or maybe even others. I bought a used 2000 Nissan X Terra on 09/21/13. The list price on the windshield Said $2550. On my paperwork he wrote $3000. I asked why and he said so he can make his money. I was confused but whatever. He doesn't charge you any finance charges because he just raises the price of the car. He wanted $900 down, but all I had on me was $700. He took that and told me to bring up the other $200 in a couple weeks. He doesn't even require you to have full coverage insurance. Now that's odd. Anyway, I went down the road and did the title transfer and was on my way home. It seemed to be a good running car. My first payment was due 10/15/13. I messaged him on Facebook a week before and ask him how late I could be because I wouldn't get paid till the following weekend. Of course he didn't answer me back. Very rarely can you get that man to answer you back. On 10/20/13, 5 days after my due date they took my car. Never messaged me, never called me. Nothing! He said in order for me to get it back I had to pay Oct. and Nov. car payments $300, the $200 I still owed him from the down payment, and $200 for the repo. That's $700 I had to come up with again. The car sat there until 11/01/13. I paid the $700 and away I went. I kept messaging him because the car wasn't running right since I picked it up. It was fine before they took it. On 11/02 the very next day. I took my friend to Presby. On the way back on the turnpike between the Monroeville exit and Irwin, the car just blew white smoke everywhere. I lost all control and drifted to the side of the road. I sat there in the dark and freezing temps with a dead cell phone for 5 hours. Finally a tow truck came. That was another $85 I had to pay. That was for just taking me to sheetz in Irwin. After a week or so he told me the motor blew up and he acted like it was my fault. So I have been without a car since 11/01/13. He has done nothing but mess around with me, telling me he would get me a car and he never douse. 3 days ago he told me he had a Ford Escape he could get me but he is waiting on the title. It was on there website last night as being sold. I need a car BAD. I've been dealing with this idiot for almost 4 months and I only had a car for a little over a month but he has $1700 of mine. What do I do.
