On July 2, 2009 I ordered dietary supplements totaling $340.56 on-line with my Mastercard.  I gave the oder one month to go through, but when I had not received it by August 1st, I began calling the toll free and long distance numbers for Big Alpha Dogs.  I left seval messages on both lines over a period of about a week.  I was never able to speak to a live person, but after leaving several voicemails without receiving any return calls, I sent an email to the company on August 8th asking them to either immediately complete or cancel the order.  I also told them that if the order were not completed by the 13th, I would cancel payment with my credit card and file a complaint with the BBB.  When I still did not get any calls or return emails, I filed a dispute with my credit card company for the charge on August 14th.  I am now awaiting final disposition of the issue from my credit card, and I am also filing a report with the Connecticut Better Business Bureau.
