On 1.18.17 I ordered night vision binoculars for a birthday gift. I mistakenly ordered a sceond pair but the site did not allow for a purchase review after entering my credit card details.

I immediately emailed and explained my mistake but did not hear back.

The goods never arrived, however my credit card was charged $109.

I have had several email responses, ranging from I will arrange to have the refund department issue a credit to we sent the goods to your address in Colorado. I LIVE IN FLORIDA, to we cannot locate your credit card information.

I am not one to mouth off on sites like this but I am at my wits end and have told them so. Are they out of Canada? Do I have any other recourse? My next contact will be the BBB and the States Attorneys office to ask if I can lodge a complaint there.
