Bill Engle AIA, is an unethical Architect.  Bill took my project, my money and refused to complete the work.  Bill was too worried about taking vacations and personal time than to stick with my project.  He misrepresented what he and his office could do, the amount of staffing and the ability of the team.  Bill has very little talent, and it resulted in hundreds of thousands of dollars lost in time and real fees. 

I would tell any Developer, City, or consultant to stay away from Bill Engle and his firm MG2 Architects.  They are liars, and cheats.

I intend to file a legal action against Bill personally, as he betrayed my trust and stole my hard earned money, and the money that my mother lent me to finish the project.  My mother's trust fund went into that project, and now she has to move out of the retirement home and back into my home.

Bill Engle does not know how to speak in public, and what he promised the City, could never be done.  The endless design delays and the low  quality of service made the City change its mind about my project, and now I am facing bankruptcy and failure.

Do not hire Bill Engle AIA or his firm MulvannyG2 Architects in Irvine, California.
