Bill Thomas is completely incompetent and dishonest. He is, by far, the most unreliable and dishonest contractor I have ever worked with. Do not be fooled by his attractive showroom or his smooth talking sales pitch. He is completely incompetent at following through on every aspect of the job - including providing an estimate, ordering material, delivering material, installing material. He does not return phone calls and has virtually no ability to follow through on promises. He is forced to accept only cash and has changed the name of his business once again (at least the third time in less than a year). Please, do not hire him, you will regret it.
