I placed an order on November 3, 2006. It's December 13, 2006 and I still haven't received it. Bill, the owner, keeps giving me the run-around.
After further investigation, I see Bill's Toys and Games has done this to other people many times before. Here's one of the sites I found.

I think 40 days (and counting) is pretty outrageous. This becomes even more frustrating when Bill neglects to respond promptly and clearly makes up stories and excuses for why my shipment hasn't arrived.

Based on the information provided by this review, the order was able to be IDed and when tracked, showed it arrived the day this initial review was filed. While I do not remember the specifics, I would not give a customer the runaround if they had contacted me, providing tracking, and I am sorry if the customer felt I was.
