Bina Fink-Kohl, Bina Fink, Bina Kohl Con artist and theft of money Weston, Florida and nationwide Nationwide

I allege that Bina Fink-Kohl (aka Bina Fink, Bina Kohl) engaged in questionable con artist and USPS claim(s) fraudulent activities by building confidence with me and promising me, both in writing and verbally and with witnesses, to repay to me money which she owes. She claims she sent the money to the wrong address, that the envelope was never returned to her by the USPS, and subsequently sent to me a photo of the questionable check and envelope. However, the photo of the envelope is questionable as it includes USPS-cancelled markings on it. If it was not returned to her as she claims, how would she have the USPS-canceled envelope? It is now June 2016 and I have been waiting for her repayment, which she documented in writing that she'd repay to me, since February 2016. Bina Fink-Kohl said she'd immediately resend the money to me but weeks have passed and I have received no responses from her. I allege, based solely on documented evidence and facts, Bina Fink-Kohl (aka Bina Fink, Bina Kohl) has engaged in questionable con artist behavior, owes to me money, and may be engaging in USPS/federal fraud by filing false and fraudulent USPS claims. Upon further investigation of public court records and other postings regarding Bina Fink-Kohl, it appears she has a long list of legal judgments against her and many complaints about civil and criminal activities against her.
