I was employed by Binder and Binder social security disability firm. I was fired in 2004 for requesting & receiving a copy of Union contract. Yes, there was union, I never saw a union rep until the day after I was fired - August 2004. After receiving the union contract I read that the office should have been closed fpr MLK day 2004...and IF any employee worked they should be paid time and half. None of that happened...!! When I asked about the contract I was abruptly fired. Without any union rep. Harry Binder himself fired me for reasons that had nothing to do with the contract. Harry Binder even denied my unemployment. Of course I appealed....Harry Binder attended the appeal hearing. I won!! Harry Binder reappealed the case. I won! However, I seeth everytime I think of tbe injustice I received at the hands of Binder and Binder social security law firm. I want to let them know they trampled my civil rights. Of course I sought legal representation during that time and not ONE firm would represent me. I want to sue Harry Binder; Binder and Binder and the fake union...where harry binder's wife Gloria worked. I never received cooperation from the union or their rep

I was employed by Binder and Binder social security disability firm in early 2003 . I was abruptly fired 8/04 for requesting & receiving a copy of the Union contract. Yes, there was a union. The contract clearly stated the office should have been closed in celebration of Martin Luther King holiday earlier that same year. It was not! I worked that day.
