I have had problems with Bingohall.com who also run Winward Casino. I had a lucky streak made a few withdrawals, then suddenly when depositing I was not getting the newsletter bonuses. When I Inquired I was told there was no bonus, yet I had screenshots of the newsletter offering bonuses, as soon as I deposited the newsletter was changed, this happened 4-5 times.
I took screenshots of the before and after newsletters, I held a conversation with someone from management who admitted he had changed the newsletter and his reason was my winning too much.

Then my account was closed by them, with the excuse I was threatening to recall my neteller deposit, which I did say I would do, as I have the screenshots as proof to neteller that they were changing the newsletters every time I deposited to try and stop me from winning.
This site is gambling commission approved, and will be reported for their unethical behaviour and unprofessional treatment of customers. A warning to all take your money elsewhere, as they only want losers to play there.

Bingo Halls unfair treatment

AUTHOR: Martha - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 26, 2009

Bingo Hall can and will suspend your chat privileges. They dont want people to mention other sites which i can understand.Nor if they have treated you unfairly do they want others to know. The employees there known s CM get chummie with some of them and tell them who gets suspended and they all have a good laugh about it.That should be kept personal. They have little spies who rat you out and get rewarded for it.One a CM congradulated someone on winning and the last ball wasnt drawn yet.Lets keep our money here in the USA who knows what they are doing with it,there from Ireland. And they have people here in the USA working for them. And because they are getting paid they probably arent paying taxes either.Thats why Bingo Hall wont pay people in full they pay you each week a little at a time so the winner dosent get taxed here in the USA.

Bingohall.com

Well Well Well, I can't believe you would stoop this far. First off so everyone knows, there is not much doubt in my mind your name is not Ann, and I find it very appalling that you would not only write such slanderous things, but then hide behind the guise of a phoney name. Going on the assumption you are whom I believe you to be (and my gut tells me i am 100% rite) please everyone who reads this let me clear a few things up>
I still have in my possesion original aims, etc. that the person I believe this to be sent me directly, not only telling but "BRAGGING" about the "System" you had worked out to "RIP OFF" Bingohall.

When they finally caught on to you, they did everything they could to put a stop to it without effecting everyone and still allow you to continue playing. From your own words (aims) to me, quote, "I know how to stay one step ahead of them all the time" You state you made a few withdrawals. Again from your own words, quote " I haven't used my own money to make a deposit since Oct. of 2003". Once my bonus kicks in, I use it, cash out all winnings. When the bonus money is gone, I stop playing until I get my cash out, use it to deposit and get the 200% bonus and start over. This as you and I both know was on a weekly basis, and if for some reason you had not received your cash out by noon your time, you were causing havoc with everyone from management to chat. As to your claim about not receiving the newsletter bonus, okay lets fill in the gaps, all bonuses and promos are based on EST. Everyone who plays here is aware of this.

You however, being ahead of EST. tried to use your own timezone to your advantage, and get the bonuses before they were to go into effect. For awhile they allowed this to happen, but when they finally put a stop to it, again you started running them into the ground. I also notice you did not bother to state that when they refused to give you the deposit bonus you were demanding, they also gave you back your original deposit amount. The only thing I see in your article to be true and to the fact, is your statement about your threatening to reverse you netteller deposits. So lets get this straight.

First they are suppose to allow you to "Rip them off so to speak, with your "Systems", give you bonuses that no one else is yet eligble to receive, and then allow you to reverse deposits you;ve already made.

All this and still continue to allow you to play and pay you your cashout requests.
I would just like to say, for all who have read this persons article, I have been with Bingohall.com nearly since the beginning of their time, first as a player for more then a year and now as a chat monitor for them. I assure you, they would not be where they are today if they were "Ripping" people off.

I have tried other sites, have even left Bingohall myself for a couple of weeks at a time and have always come back, because nowhere will you find any site, bingo , casino or otherwise, that strives so hard to give all they can to thier players. Their bonuses and promotions are the best anywhere.

Yes, they have strict guidelines concerning these bonuses, as well as cashouts, as do all sites of this nature. Unfortunately, they have had to implement even stricter rules because of things such as this going on. Lets be realistic everyone. No business can survive if they do nothing but give. Please take the time to read Bingohalls FAQ page. If you are not completely satisfied with the terms and conditions, then why would you make a deposit to start with.

On the assumption that the author of this complaint is not whom I believe it to truly be, all I can say is, you obviously are also one who only plays sites such as Bingohall to get whatever you can for free, and when they realized this and put an end to it, you chose to slander them for it.

To the owners of this site,Badbusinessbureau.com, I would like to say, I have no problem with your site, however I feel that before you allow such slanderous liable statements to be made, you yourself should take the time to have the author at least give you evidence of some sort that their statements are true and correct. At the very least I feel you should contact the site or person in question, and get their side of the story before posting such and article.

I applaud your effort to inform people of bad business practices, and I am fully aware there are many many sites of this nature out there that are Rip Offs. I myself have been Ripped Off by a few of them, however, I have not gone on the internet and bashed them, I just simply left and know not to go to that site again. After all, nobody is holding a gun to anyone;s head forcing them to spend their money anywhere or on anything.
