I ordered product from Biotrim Labs on 30 October 2017 and paid by Credit Card

After numerous emails by 18 January 2018 I had still not received my product

Biotrim then agreed to send me a replacement batch

It is nou 22 MArch 2018 and still no product has been delivered.

Biotrim sends only computer generated emails to reply to complaints and telephone consultans tell you to wait another week

It seems they are unable to deliver product in South Africa, as it has been almost 5 months since payment and still no delivery

Also it seems impossible to get a refund of your money!!
