Biway Wholesale Distribution Company Can-Am Wholesale Distribution, Need a job? Want great pay w/great hours? Almost scammed by a so-called company claiming to employ me as an ebay sales representative! London, Ontario Canada

On the front page of the Classified Market under the job section on the May 30, 2010 issue of my local paper (Palm Beach Post and Jacksonville Florida Times-Union is also running it. They are also running ads all over the U.S. under different names, one of them being "Biway Wholesale Distribution") there was a display ad that was from Biway Wholesale Distribution for an Ebay Sales Rep. position. http://www.biwaywholesaledistribution.com I went to the website and I filled out the online application. Today, I received a call from "John McAllister" (my new "Campaign Rep") and he told me that he had sent me a 14-page contract and we were going to arrange a time tomorrow for him to go through a short training so I can start making money with this company, being a so-called "drop-shipper." Even though I can't find anything about Biway Wholesale Distribution being a scam (by the way, there used to be a Biway in Canada but they went of business in 2001) however, I did find this forum about people being scammed in the same exact way that "John McAllister" is attempting to scam me. 

Please read this website: (((link redacted))) Basically, what they do is prey on unsuspecting successful ebayers who have an excellent rating (95%-100% feedback and 100% rating) in the ebay community because "Biway" knows that they are trustworthy. The "Biway Campaign Director:  John McAllister" says that they are a wholesale distribution company and since they don't sell retail products/deal with the public, they have the ebay sellers (me, in this case) sell their electronic items on ebay for an amount (for example, $2,500 for a videocamera) and then when I receive the amount in my Paypal account, I keep my profit (for example, $500) and forward the "price" of the item (for example, $2,000) to them via Western Union/Money-Gram (red flag!). What happens is that "Biway Wholesale Distribution" never sends the item to the buyer (even though "Biway" sends a fake Fed-Ex slip as "proof" that they sent the item to the buyer). Then, since I would have been scammed, I would have to be responsible for reimbursing the buyer (who now is complaining that they never received the item) for the full $2,500 and "John McAllister" with "BiWay Wholesale Distribution or MW Distribution or Universal Wholesale or Can-Am Wholesale Distribution" or other names is laughing all the way home from the Western Union store (or a hired flunkee who gets a percentage of the ripped-off money). I am also going to let the local police know.
