Bixby Trucking and Transport Services Bixby damaged my parents mobile home while transporting it. They cracked the frame underneath the home and cracked the kitchen wall and refuses to give them their insurance information. Ogilvie, Minnesota

My parents had to move their mobile home and the mortgage company said to get three bids from trucking companys and the mortgage company would choose the cheapest company. Bixby trucking was chosen to transport my parents home. My father and other relatives did the tear down and put the tires and the tung on the mobile home. Bixby wanted to charge over $ 5000 to tear down, transport and set up the Mobil Home. My parents told them that they only needed them to transport the mobil home everything else was taken care of. Bixby agreed that was fine. Bixby wanted $550 in cash to transport the mobil home. My parents paid them and on October 31st ,2009 Bixby checked the tires on the mobil home and hooked the mobil home onto the truck and drove off. Bixby drove around the corner to fast with my parents mobil home causing the home to go into the ditch part ways and blowing a tire. The sight of the whole thing was horrible. Bixby drove to fast and almost tipped the home but instead blew a tire and went half way into the ditch! Bixby had to have a back h*e tractor help pull him out of the ditch!

Than Bixby had a hard time putting the mobil home onto the lot. The owner of the lot had to tell him how to do it. Later the owner of the mobil home park staightened out the mobil home because Bixby did such a terrible job.Bixby ended up bending the frame underneath my parents mobil home and putting a crack in the wall in the kitchen because of the way he drove. Bixby seemed like he didn't care and didn't know what he was doing. Than when he was done he asked for more money because he blew the tire out $275 for blown tire! That is outragious if you ask me. My parents have a written estimate that states that to transport only costs $550 and after Bixby trucking hooked up to the mobil home Bixbys insurance is responisible for damages including blown out tires. Bixby calls my parents and threatens them and says that they owe more money and my parents have a receipt. My parents asked Bixby for their insurance information to cover the damages they caused to my parents mobil home. Bibxy gets angry and hangs up on my parents.I don't feel Bixby should be in the trucking and transport business because they are scammy people!   The Bixbys are pathalogical liers and like to scam people that don't deserve to be scammed!!! Please everyone, DON'T USE Bixby trucking their aren't nice people!!
