SEO Mission Control please do not use this company for any web development work as it is a phoenix company of Black Widow Internet/Crystal Clear Digital (Global) Solutions and Digispike. These companies went into liquidation on the 25th May 2010 with 349, 640 debt, leaving many companies who have paid upfront for their sites to be developed out of pocket. SEO Mission Control operates from the same offices of the previously liquidated companies. On the 25th May 2010 Scott Smith a director of the above companies resigned and either his wife of sister became the director of the phoenix company. It is obvious Scott Smith simply wishes to trading again so please do not hand over any money to this company as previous experience has taught us that you will never see a fully functioning website again.

I wasted an awful lot of time and money. The Folks at this company are dishonest.

It Amazes Me How Companies Like This Are allowed To Trade.

Scott let's keep this short shall we as I have wasted more than enough time and money with you. You are Black Widow Internet, even if Dormant and you are definately the Black Widow Internet - Crystal Clear Global Solutions (Media) Ltd that follow the same processes with it's clients. You do not look after customers and you definately do not follow contracts. As said before this message was not for a response from you, as you have been given a chance already to do so and failed! This is for previous customers.

I find it very hard to believe that this is another company as everyone's complaints follow the same processes of what your company does!

I will see you in court in the future.

Unfortunately as you have left no name, project name or any information on whom you may be I am unable to comment on this, or confirm that you are in fact a real client. If you would be so kind as to either contact us to resolve any legitimate issues you may have or post details of who you are on this website I am more than happy to address any situation.  

We are open honest business people who strive to deliver outstanding customer service together with state of the art technology.  However I am saddened to write that I am aware of a competitor that is using this site to make untruths about my company and its services and as the poster has not provided anything for me to see if this is a true case I cannot rule out that this is another false statement. However, as with any company that deals with 100s of clients every month, sometimes we make mistakes and we would work extremely hard to rectify such mistakes even if they are very rare so I am not ruling out that this maybe a legitimate customer and if this is the case I would like to request more details from the poster to allow us to rectify anything that is not up to our usual high standards.
