I was hired by the client to do an investigation on an individual that she who she had accused of allegedly beating on her while she was dating him and she was allegedly asleep. I did everything that the client requested of me to include background information on the alleged subject to several recorded interviews with individuals that she alleges would back up her acussations.

I also provided photos of surveillance on the subject included in the report that was provided to her after the client showed up at my home residence and not my office demanding money and making a scene in front of neighbors and family members, my contract did not have my home address on it only my office address. What the client isnt stating in her claim is that she recieved an invoice, a report, a $500.00 minus the work that i had already done and all the investigation information that I had gathered up to that point. The contract that was signed by the client on 27 December 2024 was to be valid from 12/27/2024 through 02/27/2025.

The client would literally call at all hours of the night and day everyday non stop, the client claims i was supposed to show up at her residence on 01/10/2025 at her residence which is not accurate as I was working other cases as well as hers and i had no scheduled visit with her as I had been at her home twice before to gather more information that she had requested for me to provide and that I can prove I was at her residence twice. Since removing myself from her case, she has harassed and threatened me by text, emails and by phone calls.

I finally filed a police report with the Citrus County Sheriffs Department who stated that i needed to file a trespass and possible injunction for protection against her out of fear not as much for me, but more for my familys sake when i am not home but working. I do not deny that I told the client that i would sue her for slander and defamation of character because, now I will because of the lies and mistruths that she has placed on this website to hurt me, my business and my family. I have already spoke to my attorney and will be filing the necessary paperwork to have her served with an injunction as well as a lawsuit for violating my rights to privacy and slandering me in a public forum. I also found out that I am not the only individual other than the alleged subject that she has accused of wronging her and she has threatened with law suits and prison.

There is a business in Crystal River that the Sheriffs Department had to physically remove her from the business after she was restrained by employees for going off on the business manager and employees when they refused to do what she wanted. This client has went so far as to use different names on this website (Sue Inverness January 18th 2025, Jane Inverness January14th 2025 and Mary Inverness January 12th 2025) just to try and hurt me and my business and make me look bad. I did my job, my contract even states no refunds on retainers and it specifically states that the client agrees that there is no guarantee in finding anything to prove or disprove the allegations against the alleged subject, she read the contract and signed it.

He will take your money never return your calls and then after he is exposed for fraud he will write bogus reports that have nothing to do with your case, or will pretend he doing some work by doing a criminal background of yourself even though that is not part of his assignments,  even the person you ask him to investigate  you will  find out it's another person not the person you asked him to investigate. When you confront him on the fraud he attacks you by namecalling will call you crazy, threaten you with character deframation, and slander you ..even know he is the bad guy. Pray we all get justice and this terrible man goes to prison for scamming people out of thousands of dollars. Stay away from this guy. He is a conartist

Beware folks this man is dishonest. His license is under an investigation, hopefully it will be completely revoked here soon. Scams people out of money, never calls client back. Police are investigating him and hopefully soon this crook will be locked up for these crimes.

I have not heard back from this investigator yet he was very eager to take my money(2000.00)and promise me justice.  Promised to investigate a questionable man i met here in citrus county. Keep calling his phone to no avail and met with me once and will not return calls.

99% of his rebuttal is to his advantage I might add, completely inacurrate.

As for legal reasons, I can no longer post any more details regarding this case but rest assured that once the trial is over I will post the ACTUAL JUDGMENT so that no more lies will be posted and no one else becomes a victim of this so-called private investigator and others like him.

This is a shame because I'm sure there are good, professional, honest private investigators out there and guys like Jim Bangs ruins it for many. Thank God for sites like this that give victims a voice and helps in slowing down, and hopefully stopping, the abuse of these professional frauds. Just so everyone knows, what i can say is that in his rebuttal, he has over five lies that will be exposed. I cannot wait for justice to prevail!

This rebuttal is in reference to a case that I required as a referral from a very reliable attorney from Orange County Florida. I was approached in mid July by Mr. Marco Cruz on behalf of himself and a Ms. Carla Ferrriera concerning seperate cases Mr. Cruz case involved a dishonest soon to be ex-wife and Ms. Ferriera had a child custody and child support case. After speaking several times on the phone with him, I recieved and email from Mr.Cruz on July 17, 2014 stating he wanted to meet at their home or some place secluded which i declined as a safety precaution for all concerned, seeing as i didn't know them that well as of yet and they didnt know me I had suggested meeting in  public place and they both declined. Also by seeing the complexity of both case i had suggested a suitable price but after hearing that they were both financially unstable I lowered the amount substantially. The next day on the 18th of July 2014 I had tried seveal times to reach Mr. Cruz and Ms. Ferriera in reference to their respective cases with no luck, and with considerable thought I decided to decline their case and sent Mr. Cruz an email stating this. Mr. Cruz responded back that he was unavailable and was now unsure of his financial situation anyways and asked if I would still consider taking their cases, but would need the money up front as I have been burned by clients before and did not want that to happen again, he then declined again the next day. I then stated I wished him luck with his and her case, I did not hear from either one again until the 4th of August 2014 when Ms. Ferriera contacted me by phone at approximately 4:30 pm asking me to please take her case, I told her I wasnt sure about it, and she stated she really wanted me to take her case, regardless that Mr. Cruz her significant other disgreed. She asked if I could meet her that evening and again I quoted a price of 1600.00 of which I again dropped it to 1500.00 at her request and I agreed to meet her at a restaurant in public for the protection of both parties and she agreed. I brought an associate with me to assist in her case by taking notes and listening first to her case details, at no time was she pressured nor forced to stay. She was told she could leave at anytime if she did not agree to the terms of the contract. she spent approximately roughly two hours speaking with me and my associate and several times during the meeting she was advised that we could not get bank records without a subpoena. She also self stated that her main goal was that she just wanted custody of her child and that she didnt care about the fathers money (his name is also Marco Cruz). I stated to her that I would need several weeks to work on this case not just 10 days as she states. During the entire time of the meeting she complained about her present attorney and how he had ripped her off of 20,000 dollars and did nothing for her ( as she is now doing to me ), I stated I would help her find a new attorney and even introduced her to one and she declined them as well after the attorney told her it wouldnt be a good idea to change this late in her case. I did several background checks on her sons father and sent that to her email as well as tried to discuss her case with her when she called, she did not like the information I gave to her and complained the whole time demanding more, when I tried to call her she stated that where she worked cleaning homes that she didnt have proper reception, she would then get angry and yell at me over the phone and also to my associates. I hadn't heard from her in roughly three weeks as I do work other cases besides hers and as I continued to use other venues to assist in satifying her case requirements. No amount of information I had for her was good enough and her way of communicating was yelling over the phone. I would like to continue on her case and complete it as I do all my cases, I have not had a single bad complaint from anyone other than her. I have all copies of emails between her and I. I am a respectable investigator and businessman. When I recieved word of this Statement on this website I called her and told her if I did not recieve a phone call from her with in 24 hours I would call my own attorney and file slander and defamation of character charges against her and she then sent me a threatening text message, that is my side of the story. Due to confidentiality issues concerning her case I can not provide those on this site
