blaine-cooper paving company obtaining money under false pretenses for paving not done, prepaid and giving a date to complete later that i never agreed to . kingston, New York

pd $550.00 on 3/10/10 for paving on 2 driveways and a walkway. was promised the work would be done when he had a big job coming up in warmer weather which was in april. i paid him cash and check and went to work.I  called his wife and said i need a completion date on the contract. i camed home to find blaine put 5/30/10.  i felt scammed, used, stupid, and never agreed to that date. he had the whole month of april to do the driveways. I have reported this to my local consumer fraud office, who said they had previous complaints. i want everyone to  know that this company should be stop and stop ripping off people that work very hard for their money. Im stll waiting for a result until i go to the police.
