Blazing Words charged my Master Card account $72.21 without authorization.

I had responded on May 20th or 21st to an internet ad that said it was a Google Profit Kit marketing opportunity for $1.79 only. The name Blazing Words was not used in this initial internet ad.

I received a fraud alert last Saturday, May 30th, from my credit card bank questioning the $72.21 charge and affirming it was from the same company that billed the $1.79. My bank said it would not pay the $72.21 charge, that both charges came from Israel, and gave me the telephone number 1-800-200-5186 for Blazing Words in Denver, CO.

I immediately called and was told by a recording that office hours were 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mountain Standard Time Monday to Friday. When I finally got through today, June 4th, the phone was answered in Manilla, Philippines and the person I talked to said they were a third party customer service operation serving multiple companies, acknowledged they served Blazing Words, refused to give the company address for Blazing Words unless I would first give him personal information about myself, which I refused to do. He then refused to let me speak to his supervisor, so I hung up.
