Bling Software Limited 123 DVD Copy Gold Bling Software, 123 DVD Copy Gold Pleasanton, California

I recently purchased 123 DVD Copy Gold from Best Buy in Dayton, Ohio. I was told buy Best Buy that this was the software I needed to finish the project I was working on. After loading this into my PC, I found it very difficult to use. I began looking for the instructions that usually comes with most anything you buy, and was unable to find them. After burning through 50+ DVD's to try to get this software to work ... I was unsuccessful. So I decided to return it to Best Buy (Per - 100% Satisfaction Guarantee posted on the box). Best Buy informed me that they would not except it back and that I had to contact the manufacturer. I advised them that there was no contact information for the manufacturer and challenged them to come up with a phone number. After 20 minutes, they were unable to locate any contact information for this company. They did however return with a phone number that went to the company that took care of the distribution or mailing of the product. This company advised they would be unable to assist me.

After a couple of days f making phone calls back and forth, Best Buy decided to refund my money and pull the product from the shelf.

This product does not work, They have no contact infrmation to return the product, There is no instructions for this software. The name of the company (Bling) is not even posted on the box of the software. I guess if made a product like this, I wouldn't put my name on the box either.

BEWARE of Bling Software. They are a ripoff and a hack company out to scam anyone buying their product.
