Blizzard White Direct False advertising, bad business practice. Having to send back my last order before they will give refund and only give refund on last order. Henderson Nevada

  I found this free trial offer for whitening toothpaste. The offer came in two tubes that you would use alternately. I didn't know I was joining anything that I would get on a monthly bases let alone the cost of the program. When I recieved the package, I was surprised to find a tooth mold and two tubes of whitener, not the toothpaste I was expecting. I thought, well I learned my lesson on that free trial and placed it aside. Then I started to recieve more and more molds and tubes of whitener. I checked my credit card and had charges for 94.13 per month on my card. When I notified the company, Blizzard White Direct, I was told it was their policy to only refund one payment only if the merchandize was returned. My credit card person was listening in on the conversation and helped me understand the woman as she talked so fast I couldn't understand her. The credit company got all the information for me to send the merchandize back and also told me to look on my computer to see if I could report this company.
