Blockbuster Online - Blockbuster Video Bait and Switch Scam Beware!! Internet

Blockbuster Video convinced me to switch from NetFlix to their own online movie rental service, citing that for the same price I could also get UNLIMITED in store movie exchanges. So, basically I could return the movies sent to me by mail in their store and exchange them for another; - return 3 and get 3 while the next 3 are to be shipped from their online warehouse. After a few happy months, Blockbuster decided that I could suddenly no longer exchange UNLIMITED amounts of movies in the store but only 5 per month. They also began to ship me only 2 movies at a time instead of the 3, I signed up for, citing that they would have to charge me more money if I were to get what I initially signed up for! That's Bait and Switch my friends!!!! I sent a letter of complaint to their Chairman James W. Keyes and he obviously didn't think that I, as his customer was worthy of a response. Needless to say, I switched back to NetFlix. Oh... and by the way, when Blockbuster tells you that you'll receive your movies in "about a day or two", - they are lying; on average, after this bait and switch scam it took up to 6 days for me to get replacements!!!
