Blowitoutahere DirectToU LLC, Alliance Entertainment LLC Exorbitant Shipping Charges - No Customer Service - Does Not Answer Messages Shepherdsville Kentucky

Whether ordering from their store on eBay or ordering through their regular Internet site, Blowitoutahere needs to charge reasonable shipping based on USPS realities and not at their whim!  Recently I purchased 15 DVD's and 1 CD from them. The postage on this should have been $3.88 shipping Media Mail basing it on the 3 lb 4 oz weight of the package.  Instead, Blowitoutahere decided to charge me $25.49 for shipping on an eBay order.  Checking out the same purchase, after the fact, on their Blowitoutahere website on thel Internet those charges were only $15.84.  Still high but much better.  They even offer a 15% dicount on orders over $25.00 on their site.  What makes eBay different from their own site?  I have no idea but I do know that I've been ripped off severely and intentionally.  After a half dozen emails with them they are digging in their heels and insisting that $25.49 is justified becaue of their overhead!

 Even reminding them that shipping  charges on their own site are $10.00 less than on eBay doesn't budge them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS ONLINE STORE!  Whether on eBay or their direct site...you're being ripped off.  They also need to correct the way the handle communications from customers.  I sent about a half dozen emails and did not get one response appropriate to what I had written but once.  These people have no idea how to handle a businees and yet there they are.  eBay does little to help on their sellers tactics.  Even breaking with eBays own policies does nothing to help the situation.  I am refusing their package, they will lose a custome and anywhere I can expose them for what they are will be my pleasure to accomplish. I am alerting PayPal to their rip-off scheemes as well.  STEER CLEAR OF THEIR SHODDY WAYS OF  CONDUCTING BUSINESS.
