In 1993 Mr.Clemmns called me about publishing my book Mission to Millboro,I just had a bad encounter wiyh another publisher, so he seem nice enough AT THE TIME ,We signed a contract now I know I should never have done that.I also gave him 1,600 thousand dollars for a invenstment he called ,to this day I have not recived a dime back from that ,also no royalties. in many many years, even though my books are still selling here,in europe also now in kendall,took him to court in 2008 lost by defalt, my contract says iam allowed to inspection of records, and promised to render statements of sales as of March 31st and september 30th of each year. Mr. Clemmns also promised to allow me to inspect records up to two times a year. Iam 89yrs old and I think Mr.Clemmns just thought I would die and he would get away scott free, well Iam not dead yet and as long as I breath I will pursue tghiss matter he is wrong as far as iam concern legaly moraly He is a lier and a thief.And derserves more than he could ever get.
