Blue Pay Processing LLC Landmark Merchant Services Offers one bank to process credit cards with and implements processing through another , Internet

GrEn Waorld LLC started up credit card processing services through Landmark Merchant services. Landmark merchant services sold the account to Blue Pay one month later. Landmark Merchant services had agreed to process the credit cards through Commerce Bank and then Blue Pay chose Wells Fargo bank.

GrEn Waorld LLC protested saying that Wells  Fargo was not suitable. Blue Pay management said that was to bad and it would process with any company it wanted to. GrEn Waorld LLC had a signed agreement with Commerce Bank to process the credit cards, though.

Blue Pay asked GrEnWaorld LLC to sign a processing agreement with Wells Fargo Bank. GrEn Waorld LLC refused. Blue Pay said it would implement processing with Wells Fargo Bank without GrEn Waorld LLC authorizing any agreement.

After about 10 months of negotiations Blue Pay management chose that if GrEn Waorld LLC never processed a single credit card through out the 3 yr contract Blue Pay would refund the entire amount of charge of fees and cost to GrEn Waorld LLC. That totals about $2700 of fees + costs. The Blue Pay's manager "Autum" said she would make notes on the account to support this agreement.

The 3 yrs of the contract ended and GrEn Waorld LLC attempted to obtain the refund. BLue Pay chose not to give the refund saying through "Adam" that no refund agreement was in affect and Blue Pay would change processers if it wanted.

GrEn Waorld LLC asked to talk with Adams supervisor and was told she would call the next day. 10 days later she had not called and "Adam" told GrEn Waorld that the problem would not go any higher.

No credit cards were ever processed and GrEn Waorld wants every cent back. Never sign up to process credit cards with this company. It lies and cheats as its normal business process.
