My normal supplier, B7H photo was having one of their frequent holiday shut-downs (they have great service when they are not on holiday) so I tried this bluedogink place. I ordered two rolls of paper and 5 ink cartridges. My total order was over 600.00. Two weeks later I still had nothing so I started calling and leaving voicemails. On the third week, after I initiated a chargeback on my CC, a woman called me back. Halfway through the conversation she said she had to call em back with tracking numbers. Well, I never got a call back.
