Bluegreen Resorts Lies and Misrepresentation to Induce Purchase Ripoff Boca Raton Florida

I purchased a Bluegreen Vacation package in August 2006. I spent several hours asking questions of the sales and management staff, all of which were answered positively and affirmatively. However, shortly after the time period to cancel was over, I found that the staff lied and misrepresented the product to me to induce me to purchase. They guaranteed me the availability of certain places and times, all of which I have found are not the case. These people need to be shut down and sued with owners receiving a full refund for their purchases. I am in the process of beginning a class action suit againt them and would like others to join in. They should not be allowed to continue doing business in this manner. I am an intelligent business person and thought I knew better. Guess that's not the case in this regard.
