BMW reported me 30 days late on my credit report when I haven't been late. I spoke to a manager name "GREG" and he told me that the only way he would send me a letter is if I fax him a letter from the Bank saying that the payment was made.

I sent him the letter and after he verified with the Bank that it was legit and reviewed it, he

said he could not do nothing about it.
