BMW Financial Services End of Lease rip off Hillard Ohio **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**

End of Lease procedure was observed . Company sent the adjuster who checked the car and filled up the report . (copy of the report is availabe). The charge for Excess wear  is $350. The car  2014 Bmw X5 xDrive 35i was successfully turned over to the Company on time.

The final report received in mail (available upon request) shows the charge of $4,028.00 for the same. Let me note, that that adjuster was  the individual sent by the Company, it was not our choice. 

The worst thing is that nobody wants even  to discuss the possibility of such the difference ( it is not possible to imagine this kind of mistake from the certified adjuster).They offer us to dispute the charge now, but we do not have our car available. Obviously, if adjuster said that the charge  would be huge, the first what I would do was to go to the Cerified place for our own appraisal.

It looks like this is the standard procedure for BMW to earn money. If I have read thhe customers forums before the leasing, I would never ever  lease from BMW.
