Bob Bader Insurance Co. nonreponsive, avoiding what was said in the policy, hard to reach, hasn't paid me a cent of what they owe me Indianapolis, , Indiana

    I am insured for a storage unit in Ohio. In the last month it has been broken into 2 times and I can't reach anyone to find out how to get my money. 

    I live in SC and am caring for my 93 year old Mother. I am 100% disabled and all of my household things into storage until i could move back to Ohio. I am on a limited budget and spent close to 1000.00 to go up there for a week and check out the first breakin. I was given a claim number and a Deputy Sherriff's name to contact. I haven't been able to contact him....there were several units broken into. 

    I left after taking careful inventory of what I could see was obviously missing. 

    I was on my way back to SC and got a call from the rental office that they had again .broken into a bunch of units (including mine) and got pictures taken by the manager. The unit is demolished......I can't afford to go back again right now, am still required to pay insurance (on what?) and am really upset that my whole world is destroyed at 58 and no one is taking the effort to send me the material needed to get the claim going.   

    Please help me to find some justice here......
