August 2018: Contacted by BOB FIRST. He provided a referral who may or may not be part of this group (the referral's phone cannot complete calls because of restrictions to the line: VERIZON). Referral gave glowing reviews, complete with specifics. Best thing he ever did was to get appointments from Bob First and Americas Annuity Service. Good solid appointments.
August 28, 2018: 2-day USPS check for $2,500 and contract for 50 appointments. Bob First and Steve Jenkins (TX office) assured me, over and over, that we would start receiving qualified and quality appointments the first week after they received the check, contract, adviser bio and adviser calendar. NOTHING.
September 26, 2018: Contracted BOB FIRST by email: Couldn’t talk, “Jewish holiday.” He would call me after the holiday. Never did.
October 29, 2018: Contacted BOB FIRST again about a full REFUND. This time he claimed he was in the hospital for heart issues. “”Sorry cant help you today in hospital taking tests for my heart”
Tried contracting BOB FIRST and STEVE JENKINS, as well as their "referral." All phone numbers were either disconnected or blocked. Website: DOWN.
It appears as if they find and prey on advisers on LinkedIN so be aware of them and their false promises.
