Bob Suarez Great Lakes Management, Little Caesars, Wing Stop, Subway Illegal witholding of salary Carrollton, Texas

I managed the North Richland Hills, TX location of Bob Suarez's Little Caesars Pizza franchise August 2011-March 2012. My paychecks were not only deducted illegally the entire time I was there (now a non-issue in light of recent events), but my final paycheck has been witheld, also illegally, for the last 7 weeks, despite attempts to amicably resolve the problem.

Bob, as well as his Little Caesars Director of Operations, continue to hold to ridiculous allegations of "theft," despite the immediate store audit that revealed no inventory discrepencies or monetary shortages. Legal recourse is currently being pursued.
