I noticed the Florida guys comments-if this is the same guy he's talking about, and it sure sounds like him I wouldn't trust this guy with my son's rattle. He talks a good game but you can pick up on the signs early on in the conversation that he has no real clue about what it is he's talking about-my wife is a developer and we were looking at properties in the Dominican Republic and somehow got his name-he's not only clueless but I don't trust anyone that pretends to know the business and bull shits his way thru it-please I've been building condos for over 30 years and know my stuff-he is a scammer that is probably looking to just pay the rent or has made a lot of money off people who don't know any better-I think we still have his email address and we should forward to the FBI-I am glad that we did NOT send this so called funding guy anY money as it would have proved WORTHLESS- DON'T GET SUCKERED FROM THIS BULL-SH*****!!

You failed to conveniently mention the fact that we did not take your project and turned you down for a number of reasons. Your project had been shopped all over with so many brokers and had been turned down by all of them and you were had no viable and/or liquid assets so we knew our lender base would not even look at your deal. Your comments are based on sour grapes and as I last heard on your project funding quest a year ago, you still were looking and unable to get financed.
The good news is we don't have to take on wannabe developers as the supply of real developers and viable established clients are quite consistent.
If you work on and only paid on success, the mere suggestion of a scam by you should tell the readers your intelligence level.
Yep you are certainly a great developer!
