Bob's Tropical Plants Ignored repeated requests to cancel pending order Internet

 I ordered aquarium fertilizer from Bob Tropical Plants, and after placing the order, was told the item was out of stock for two weeks. They left a comment on the order asking if I still wanted to place the order and I responded back using the same messaging system that I no longer wanted the order— I had since ordered the fertilizer from a company that had it in stock . There was no response, so I responded twice more over several days, asking for the order to be canceled and still received no response. Two weeks later (today), they shipped the item anyway! I haven't received the package yet so I can't comment on the quality of the merchandise, buyers need to be aware that the customer service is atrocious.
